Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver empathetic, trauma-informed mental health services through telehealth platforms.

• Oversee a caseload ranging from 15 to 36 sessions weekly.

• Perform clinical intakes and assessments for clients.

• Create treatment plans that are client-centered and trauma-informed.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth.

• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and members of an interdisciplinary team.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

• Offer family education and care coordination services.

• Deliver culturally responsive care, acknowledging the unique needs and experiences of each family.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW is required.

• Experience in working with children, adolescents, and families is essential.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills are necessary.

• A dedication to trauma-informed care is expected.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

• Experience in providing culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking families is strongly favored.

• Most clinicians are scheduled to work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically from 2:00 to 9:00 PM EST; weekend availability is advantageous.
