Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Delivers patient care utilizing evidence-based practices to effectively address the clinical needs of patients.

• Implements specific treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents as required in a timely fashion.

• Accurately documents all services provided and patient activities.

• Engages in crisis intervention for individuals and families in accordance with the individual’s safety plan.

• Collaborates in regular case planning with the involved Multidisciplinary Team as new information emerges.

• Participates in individual and group supervision as mandated.

• Offers case management services to facilitate recovery and community reintegration as necessary.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active, unrestricted mental health license in both the state of primary residence and the state where services are rendered.

• Comfortable operating in a remote work environment.

• Willingness to primarily work with pediatric patients.
