This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Enhance your skills, capabilities, and career by providing occupational therapy services to school-aged children nationwide, utilizing technology that includes proprietary tools to facilitate and support clinical care in a flexible environment tailored to your needs.
• Collaborate with school instructors and seasoned clinical mentors to deliver exceptional occupational therapy services to children in need.
• Complete necessary documentation and engage in IEP and team meetings, acting as a case manager or process coordinator.
• Advance your skills, career, and expertise within a nurturing, team-oriented environment.
• Offer telehealth services to a diverse group of school-aged children.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.
• Possess an active, unrestricted, and valid OT license in both your state of residence and Michigan, in good standing.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Experience working in schools or with the pediatric population in educational settings.
• Proficient in conducting virtual sessions.
• Comfortable using various types of technology.
• Adhere to Huddle Up documentation standards for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes.
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, serving as a case manager or process coordinator.
• Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete Medicaid billing when necessary.
• Have access to a laptop (not a Chromebook) for conducting virtual sessions.
• Compensation for both direct and indirect work time.
• Up to a $250 monthly incentive (totaling up to $3,000 per year).
