This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver strategic and organizational-level workplace wellbeing consultancy to international corporate clients across Lyra’s global markets.
• Assess workforce wellbeing needs and develop scalable, clinically sound, and commercially viable group-based learning interventions, such as workshops, webinars, leadership programs, and campaigns.
• Offer consultative guidance to clients and internal stakeholders regarding workplace wellbeing learning and development requirements.
• Evaluate organizational needs and suggest group-based interventions that align with client objectives, workforce demands, and cultural contexts.
• Convert complex client requirements into actionable, implementable learning solutions.
• Provide advice on program structure, target audiences, learning formats, sequencing, engagement strategies, and implementation considerations.
• Establish consultative relationships with clients, Account Management teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Engage in client discovery, scoping, and planning discussions.
• Present recommendations to operational and senior-level stakeholders.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives across various stakeholders, regions, and time zones.
• Create project plans, milestones, delivery requirements, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope.
• Ensure that learning solutions adhere to Lyra’s quality, clinical, and professional standards.
• Review learning objectives, program structures, and supporting materials.
• Align proposed solutions with client contracts, service hours, and commercial agreements.
• Develop scopes, estimates, and program assumptions.
• Identify services that are out-of-scope and assist with additional commercial proposals.
• Strong capability in consulting and needs analysis.
• Knowledge of workplace wellbeing, organizational learning, or learning and development.
• Effective management of client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in project and program management.
• Solid commercial judgment and awareness of operational feasibility.
• Ability to create practical, clinically appropriate, and client-centered recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to tailor approaches for diverse countries, populations, and work environments.
• Professional judgment, appropriate boundaries, and an understanding of the difference between organizational consultancy and individual clinical care.
• Comfort in working within a geographically distributed and cross-cultural environment.
• Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard local working hours.
