Bilingual Investment Lending Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance both internal and external relationships within a designated geographic area.

• Make 40 outbound calls to Financial Advisors each day.

• Hold meetings with advisors to boost sales and gain insights into their practices.

• Provide education to advisors regarding investment leverage and lending solutions.

• Support service cases and handle escalations from advisors.

• Engage in territory budget planning, in-person events, webinars, and email marketing campaigns.

• Review and assess sales data, reports, and other sales-related materials.

• Generate, analyze, and evaluate advisor Book of Business and AUM reports.

• Mentor junior team members and actively participate in team meetings and events.

• Adhere to and comply with all best practices and established guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in banking or insurance.

• At least 2 years of prior experience in expanding a client base.

• Demonstrated success as a sales professional or strong potential to excel in sales.

• Capability to analyze sales data and reports effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and Adobe platforms.

• Skills in business planning and territory management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on relationship building and maintenance.

• Knowledge of banking, investment, and insurance is advantageous.

• A keen enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
