This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Delivers patient care using evidence-based practices to effectively address the clinical needs of patients.

• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and necessary consents promptly.

• Accurately documents all services and patient-related activities.

• Provides crisis intervention for individuals and families based on the safety plan of the individual.

• Engages in regular case planning alongside the involved Multidisciplinary Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Holds an active, unrestricted mental health license in both the state of primary residence and the state where services are provided.

• Comfortable operating in a remote work environment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
