Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Support customers by selecting the most suitable storage unit to meet their specific requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service to incoming clients

• Manage customer inquiries related to their storage requirements

• Collaborate with a cohesive call center team

• Receive guidance to optimize monthly commissions and seek advancement within the call center or corporate office

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be proficient in both English and Spanish

• Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT

• Prior experience in sales or customer service

• Ability to establish connections over the phone

• Comfortable with Microsoft Windows applications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

• Availability to work one weekend day
