Bilingual Human Resources Manager – English, Spanish

📋 Description

• Oversee the Human Resources department

• Foster and sustain a positive workplace culture

• Assist with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, as well as compensation and benefits best practices

• Establish trust and influence throughout all levels of the organization

• Administer HR operations in a completely remote setting

• Support the team in aiding immigrants to obtain legal status and improve their lives in the United States

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading or directly managing high-performing teams within a Human Resources capacity, both remotely and on-site in the U.S.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws is essential

• Familiarity with best practices in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits

• Proficient in both written and verbal English and Spanish

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Capable of establishing trust and influence across all levels of the organization

• Excellent self-management and organizational skills

• Able to excel and maintain accountability in a fully remote environment

• Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, during standard business hours Eastern Time
