• Respond to incoming calls from customers

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Russian

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs

• Comfortable working with computer systems and Windows-based applications

• A designated home workspace that is free from distractions

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
