This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming customer calls
• Thoughtfully engage with customers to comprehend their requirements
• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries
• Deliver clear and precise information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options
• Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism
• Adhere to a predetermined schedule, including specific breaks and lunch periods
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
• Bilingual in English and Russian
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs
• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications
• A dedicated home workspace free from distractions
