This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

β’ Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
β’ Bilingual in English and Korean.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs.
β’ Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications.
β’ A dedicated home workspace that is free from distractions.
β’ A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (at least 25 mbps).
