• A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Farsi.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Exceptional empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs.

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications.

• A distraction-free, dedicated home workspace.

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps).
