Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist consumers by thoughtfully engaging and addressing inquiries related to their healthcare benefit requirements.

• Respond to incoming calls from clients.

• Perform research across various systems to find solutions to inquiries.

• Offer clear and precise information to aid consumers in navigating their healthcare choices.

• Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism.

• Adhere to a defined schedule that includes specified breaks and lunch periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Cambodian.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to the needs of customers.

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications.

• A designated, distraction-free workspace at home.

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection with a minimum of 25 mbps.
