Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, Armenian-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from customers

• Thoughtfully engage with customers to grasp their needs

• Perform research across various systems to address inquiries

• Deliver clear and accurate information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options

• Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism

• Adhere to a structured schedule, including specified breaks and lunches

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Armenian

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer needs

• Comfort with computer systems and Windows-based applications

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (at least 25 mbps)
