Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of associates to kickstart your financial services career in our call center!

• Build a strong foundation through our paid training program for associates and receive ongoing coaching for your role and career advancement.

• Deliver exceptional service within our call center for customers’ retirement savings accounts.

• Educate and empower our customers without the need for cold calls or sales activities.

• Relay important updates and changes regarding plans.

• Handle contribution modifications, loans, and withdrawals.

• Execute general account adjustments as directed by the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, outside of standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

• An associate's degree or higher AND a minimum of one year of customer service experience (this may include food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed based on business requirements.
