This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls in both English and Spanish

• Address emails, texts, and patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Deliver friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused customer service

• Conduct appointment reminders and follow-ups on treatments

• Assist in enhancing patient engagement and acceptance of treatments

• Efficiently schedule, confirm, reschedule, and oversee patient appointments

• Coordinate calendars and streamline scheduling processes

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of patient information and appointment details

• Facilitate seamless communication between patients and the dental team

• Confirm insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage prior to appointments

• Aid in billing coordination and payment processing

• Support claims follow-up and the documentation processes for insurance

• Help patients comprehend information related to coverage and payments

• Oversee patient intake and updates to demographic information

• Maintain precise digital records and documentation

• Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks

• Ensure all records are organized and comply with HIPAA regulations

• Support additional operational tasks to enhance office efficiency


⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) — REQUIRED

• English proficiency level: C1 or higher is mandatory

• Clear and professional communication skills with a preferred neutral accent

• At least 1–2 years of experience in: U.S. dental administration, U.S. healthcare administration, Dental front desk support, Medical scheduling, or insurance coordination

• Strong understanding of: Dental workflows, Insurance verification, Appointment scheduling, and Patient communication

• Familiarity with dental PMS platforms such as: Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar systems

• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

• High level of attention to detail and professionalism

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Strong sense of accountability, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA regulations
