This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison and trustworthy representative of Sunrun to third-party regulatory bodies and complaint departments of oversight agencies.
• Foster and sustain positive, proactive relationships built on transparency, trust, and mutual respect.
• Establish Sunrun as a leader in the industry by demonstrating high standards, reliability, and dedication to customers.
• Champion practices that promote trust and accountability throughout the sector.
• Collaborate with Sunrun’s policy and legal teams on regulatory strategies, compliance initiatives, and external communications.
• Mitigate escalations by proactively identifying and addressing potential regulatory issues.
• Oversee resolution processes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Work alongside regional CX Solutions staff and internal business leaders to exchange best practices, overcome obstacles, and align on regional challenges and opportunities.
• Influence, implement, and manage processes tailored to the region that support regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Track trends and issues within the assigned region and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead or contribute to region-specific projects with regulatory or financial significance.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred experience in customer success, project management, planning, or coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Required bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Capability to articulate complex issues to a diverse audience through email, conference calls, one-on-one interactions, and group settings.
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in managing and prioritizing numerous deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging with all management levels and building relationships across teams and with key stakeholders.
• High proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a willingness to acquire new skills.
• Capability to perform standard office duties and operate office equipment, including computers.
