Bilingual Customer Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and support platforms

• Assist customers with questions regarding order status

• Provide support for subscription and account management queries

• Guide customers in navigating services and available resources

• Escalate inquiries as necessary

• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and documentation

• Deliver compassionate and professional customer service

• Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

• Adhere to customer privacy and compliance protocols

• Assist customers across e-commerce and telehealth services using approved resources, established processes, and company guidelines

• Complete all stages of the hiring process, which includes the application form, prescreen questionnaire, video interview, live interview, and final interview

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles

• Excellent phone communication abilities

• Strong written communication skills in a professional context

• Demonstrated empathy and patience when assisting customers

• High attention to detail

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Comfort in discussing sensitive wellness-related topics with professionalism and respect

• Must possess an additional screen, a headset, and a reliable wired internet connection

• Experience in telehealth support (preferred)

• Background in healthcare support (preferred)

• Knowledge of pharmacy support (preferred)

• Experience in e-commerce customer service (preferred)

• Familiarity with platforms such as Dialpad, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
