Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle both inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.

• Respond to customer inquiries, address complaints, and deliver precise information regarding products or services.

• Keep thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions within the company database.

• Refer complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a seamless transition for the customer.

• Achieve or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call center setting.

• Excellent active listening skills and the capability to show empathy towards customer needs.

• Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM software.

• Capacity to multitask and switch between various software applications while communicating with customers.

• Prior experience in a remote call center environment.
