This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Provide exceptional customer support across various channels.
β’ Offer expert recommendations for products and fragrances tailored to mood, personality, and specific occasions.
β’ Anticipate customer needs and proactively deliver thoughtful solutions throughout their journey.
β’ Keep thorough and precise records of customer interactions utilizing CRM and service tools.
β’ Recognize opportunities to enhance the customer experience and communicate insights to leadership.
β’ Participate in a collaborative, high-performing team environment while also being able to work independently when necessary.
β’ Bilingual in French and English.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, luxury retail, sales, or personalized client support.
β’ Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and digital customer service tools.
β’ High school diploma or its equivalent.
β’ Comfortable assisting customers and addressing their requests over the phone.
β’ Proficient in computer use.
