• Bilingual in both French and English.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, luxury retail, sales, or personalized client support.

• Strong expertise in CRM platforms and digital customer service tools.

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Comfortable assisting customers and handling requests over the phone.

• Proficient with computer systems.
