This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborating within a vibrant team and providing support to a wide network of Ford/Lincoln dealers.
• Assisting customers throughout their finance or lease experience.
• Addressing complex inquiries accurately to foster long-term loyalty.
• Ensuring every interaction is smooth to uphold Ford Credit Canada’s reputation as a leader focused on customer satisfaction.
• High School Diploma or Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) Equivalency is required.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in French and English are essential.
• Strong capability to manage challenging conversations and "probe" for information while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal account management software.
• Candidates must live in or near Edmonton, AB, and be available for training at the Edmonton office.
• Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule during operational hours, which include Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm MST, Friday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm MST, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm MST.
