β’ Addressing complex inquiries accurately to foster long-term loyalty.
β’ Ensuring every interaction is smooth to uphold Ford Credit Canadaβs reputation as a leader focused on customer satisfaction.
β’ High School Diploma or Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) Equivalency is required.
β’ Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in French and English are essential.
β’ Strong capability to manage challenging conversations and "probe" for information while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal account management software.
β’ Candidates must live in or near Edmonton, AB, and be available for training at the Edmonton office.
β’ Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule during operational hours, which include Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm MST, Friday from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm MST, and Saturday from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm MST.
