Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online chat

• Assist with password resets and account creation

• Upload necessary documents and address general inquiries

• Support customers in managing their accounts

• Verify coverage eligibility and evaluate healthcare options

• Explore innovative solutions for consumer challenges

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues promptly

• Stay updated on company policies, products, and project/program developments

• Consistently embody corporate values

• Complete self-directed learning, training, assessments, and necessary certifications

• Follow regulated communication protocols across all platforms

• Enter customer data into a database

• Carry out various administrative tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in high-level customer service and call center environments; professional experience in retail or food service is acceptable

• Required background in food service or retail at a high level

• Recent work experience with minimal gaps in employment

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues while working remotely

• Completion of the Internet Familiarization Assessment is required

• Must successfully pass all required training exams and certifications

• Capability to follow regulated communication guidelines

• Ability to interpret and adhere to established procedures and policies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Understanding of workflow processes and ability to provide comprehensive responses

• Proven productivity, professionalism, and helpfulness
