This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
β’ Successfully complete a virtual paid training program that requires passing weekly tests.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for customers with inquiries regarding their utility service.
β’ Typical questions involve starting or stopping service, billing inquiries, and payment support.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through solutions.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
β’ Accurately record customer interactions and transactions across all tools and platforms.
β’ Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
β’ Aim to surpass customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
β’ Continuously look for ways to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
β’ Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
β’ Ability to operate within defined hours of operation, with flexibility required on weekends and holidays.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Ability to stay engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions and constant sedentary work.
β’ Proficient with technology, capable of efficiently managing multiple windows and tabs while providing a Best-In-Class Customer Experience over the phone.
β’ Excellent attendance record to ensure availability when our customers need assistance.
