Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding their insurance policies.

• Assist customers with claims processes as required.

• Address customer concerns in a single call.

• Follow up with customers via email or phone as necessary.

• Provide relevant and timely information to all customers.

• Suggest upgraded products and services to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual in both French and English (reading and writing).

• A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Proficient in computer use (Windows, web browsing) with a typing speed of 25 words per minute.

• Must be capable of working a flexible schedule.
