This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Answer incoming customer calls regarding their insurance policies.
β’ Assist customers with claims processes as required.
β’ Address customer concerns in a single call.
β’ Follow up with customers via email or phone as necessary.
β’ Provide relevant and timely information to all customers.
β’ Suggest upgraded products and services to customers.
β’ Must be fully bilingual in both French and English (reading and writing).
β’ A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
β’ Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
β’ Proficient in computer use (Windows, web browsing) with a typing speed of 25 words per minute.
β’ Must be capable of working a flexible schedule.
β’ Two weeks of vacation, three sick days, and three personal days annually.
β’ Two consecutive days off each week.
