Bilingual Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, PhD/PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older Spanish-speaking adults in a virtual environment.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, engaging with patients within their cultural and linguistic context.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of each individual patient.

• Operate independently while being an integral member of a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation utilizing our streamlined Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations and participate in clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from a program accredited by the APA.

• Active and independent license to practice psychology in California.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish — capable of conducting full therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Prior experience working with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience with Medicare billing is a plus.
