Bilingual Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults, Spanish-Speaking, PhD / PsyD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Spanish in a virtual environment.

• Conduct therapy sessions in Spanish fluently, engaging with patients within their language and cultural framework.

• Create tailored treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each patient.

• Operate independently while being integrated into a collaborative and supportive care team.

• Efficiently manage documentation through our optimized EMR and AI documentation systems.

• Engage in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution.

• Active and independent license to practice psychology in Texas.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish — capable of conducting complete therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Preferably experienced in working with older adults or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous — we manage it regardless.
