Bilingual Clinical Guide – Cardiology Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Perform patient evaluations in Spanish.

• Offer virtual support, primarily via phone and video consultations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes nurse practitioners specialized in cardiology, pharmacists, social workers, and care coordinators.

• Conduct remote (telephonic/video) visits to carry out nursing assessments.

• Deliver comprehensive clinical education customized to meet individual needs (disease processes, medications, symptom monitoring, lifestyle counseling, contingency planning).

• Create care plans in collaboration with patients and their caregivers.

• Work closely with our primary care provider partners and other clinical teams within Devoted Medical Group to ensure coordinated care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an unrestricted, compact RN license.

• At least 4 years of RN experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a non-ICU cardiac-focused environment.

• A secure and private workspace equipped with a strong and reliable internet connection.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Highly adept with technology (EMRs, messaging platforms, online portals, AI chat).

• Capability to multitask: listening, speaking, and typing simultaneously.

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic workflows.

• Availability to work from 8 AM to 5 PM in the Mountain Time zone or later (MT, PCT).
