Bilingual Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver both in-person and virtual supplemental education and engagement calls regarding disease states and devices to enrolled patients.

• Conduct live and virtual "Train The Trainer" sessions for healthcare professionals, tailored to office requirements and client specifications.

• Travel to high-demand regions for patient education, including outreach to Spanish-speaking individuals.

• Attend and successfully complete mandatory training courses and competency evaluations.

• Fulfill administrative tasks, including system updates, activity documentation, email correspondence, and expense reporting.

• Participate in local and national meetings and conferences as necessary.

• Oversee designated territories and travel beyond these areas as required.

• Identify referral pathways within multidisciplinary teams.

• Accurately and promptly document all patient and office interactions.

• Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory standards and codes of conduct.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist license is mandatory.

• An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, BSN, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a respiratory disease state or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.

• Previous experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology as a clinical educator or in sales is preferred.

• Ability to effectively present information to physicians and other office personnel.

• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and regular updating of industry knowledge.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% by car or plane, including overnight stays.
