Bilingual Client Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support via phone to clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program

• Assist with client accounts to ensure effective account management

• Oversee proposals, payments, deposits, and communications with creditors

• Actively review client accounts to pinpoint and resolve any issues

• Keep precise records and ensure adherence to state regulations

• Inspire and encourage clients throughout their financial journey

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting

• A solid sense of professionalism when assisting clients

• Excellent communication skills—empathetic, professional, and articulate

• Technologically adept with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM software

• Comfortable working with numbers and performing basic financial calculations
