This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat according to established SOPs.
• Utilize TCP’s tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) for everyday operations.
• Escalate and delegate issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
• Record, review, and follow up on customer requests and their resolutions.
• Investigate, research, and deliver accurate solutions to customer issues.
• Update and maintain customer records during interactions.
• Address inquiries related to collections and billing, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
• Clarify charges, generate statements, and handle billing adjustments.
• Manage service cancellations while implementing retention strategies and resolving issues.
• Fully Bilingual/Native in Spanish & English communication skills.
• Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
• Customer-centric approach with an empathetic understanding of their needs.
• Strong communication skills along with a solution-oriented mindset.
• A strong desire to learn and adapt to TCP’s technological suite.
• Full-time permanent position.
