This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Utilize TCP’s tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, Hodu) for daily tasks.

• Escalate and delegate issues to appropriate departments as necessary.

• Record, review, and monitor customer requests and their resolutions.

• Conduct investigations and research to deliver precise solutions.

• Update and maintain customer records during interactions.

• Meet key performance indicators for client interaction time, call quality, and occupancy rates.

• Address inquiries related to collections and billing, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue amounts.

• Explain charges, create statements, and implement billing adjustments.

• Manage service cancellations while applying retention strategies and solutions.

• Complete training on cancellations and incorporate retention strategies into daily duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Language: Fully bilingual/native proficiency in Spanish & English.

• Start Date: July 27, 2026.

• Technological Requirements: A dedicated home workspace is required; equipment details will be provided via email during the interview process.

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 40 hours/week, 9-hour shift with 1 hour of unpaid break (09 AM to 09 PM Eastern Time) Monday to Friday & Saturday post-training.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.

• Customer-first orientation with empathy towards client needs.

• Outstanding communication skills and a solution-focused approach.

• Desire to learn and familiarize oneself with TCP’s technological suite.
