This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist Spanish or French and English client members throughout the enrollment process.
• Support the chat and message center as you acquire further experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from a remote work setting.
• Establish rapport and address customer needs with empathy.
• Tailor customer service methods to accommodate various member communication styles and personalities.
• Protect confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy regulations.
• Simplify health, welfare, and pension terminology into easy-to-understand explanations for customers.
• Keep thorough and precise call and case documentation in English.
• Proficient in Spanish or French.
• Transition effortlessly between Spanish or French and English calls.
• Capable of promptly evaluating member issues and devising responses or solutions using analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to function in a structured setting – adhere to designated work schedules and breaks/lunches, follow protocols, and maintain standards of excellence.
• Strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking, and skilled in organizing work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Background in a call center environment is preferred.
