This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create customized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians tasked with program implementation.
• Assess clients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services are provided in line with ethical and clinical standards.
• Current, valid BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
