This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist clients in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring workflow consistency through proficient use of PBS v10 Apex.
• Acquire and deepen knowledge of all functionalities within the PBS v10 Apex software and the training processes for customers.
• Support clients during the deployment, transition, and integration of PBS v10 Apex into daily dealership operations.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for customers focusing on assigned modules.
• Promote product utilization by emphasizing best practices, fostering engagement, and enabling customers to leverage all features of PBS v10 Apex.
• Conduct follow-up with clients post-training to aid retention, adoption, and long-term success with the software.
• Identify areas where customers may have gaps in usage or understanding and provide guidance to enhance confidence, efficiency, and overall adoption.
• Foster a positive relationship with clients by identifying their needs and ensuring they are fulfilled.
• Respond promptly to internal and external training inquiries.
• Document issues and investigate problems that arise, escalating them to the appropriate teams as necessary.
• Monitor the v10 Apex queue effectively.
• Keep documentation updated as departmental processes evolve.
• Share knowledge within the assigned module and across the v10 Apex team.
• Take initiative in learning new products to enhance expertise.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous education and cross-training.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Proficient in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 1-2 years of experience in a car dealership setting, particularly in Fixed Operations.
• Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools is crucial!
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently.
• High School Diploma required.
