This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by skillfully navigating and demonstrating the PBS DMS system, while fostering positive, solution-oriented relationships to ensure customer needs are fulfilled or surpassed.
• Independently oversee and conduct all assigned training sessions within the primary silo.
• Become a self-sufficient installation resource.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and associated training methodologies.
• Respond swiftly to both internal and external training inquiries.
• Achieve proficiency in data entry and other essential operational duties.
• Remain current and knowledgeable about process documentation as departmental procedures evolve.
• Share expertise across silos and contribute to team education and development.
• Proactively seek to enhance product knowledge and engage in cross-training opportunities when available.
• Promote a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
• Execute additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• 1-2 years of PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE with an emphasis on Sales operations.
• Proficiency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong computer skills are essential, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools is crucial!
• Capability to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks each month; a valid passport/visa (or the ability to obtain one) and a full driver's license are required.
• Excellent communication abilities, including presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.
• Background in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions is a substantial asset.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Outstanding documentation skills.
• High school diploma is required.
