Bilingual Automotive Accounting Specialist – Training and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently navigating and demonstrating the PBS DMS system, while fostering positive, solutions-oriented relationships to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.

• Independently oversee and conduct all assigned training sessions within the primary silo.

• Become a self-sufficient installation resource.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and associated training processes.

• Respond promptly to both internal and external training requests.

• Achieve proficiency in data entry and other essential operational tasks.

• Stay informed and comprehend process documentation as departmental processes evolve.

• Share knowledge across silos and contribute to team learning and development efforts.

• Proactively seek to enhance product knowledge and engage in cross-training opportunities when available.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.

• Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior automotive experience with an emphasis on accounting operations.

• Proficiency in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).

• Strong computer skills are essential, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools is crucial!

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks per month; a valid passport/visa (or the ability to obtain one) and a full driver's license are necessary.
