This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Delivers sales and service for corporate cards to BMO clients or potential clients.
• Provides guidance to clients on corporate card strategies and products tailored to their goals.
• Conducts sales and service tasks for clients in alignment with established procedures.
• Recognizes and refers clients to other business divisions as necessary.
• Remains informed about customer needs, industry developments, and best practices.
• Addresses customer inquiries in a knowledgeable, professional, and efficient manner.
• Escalates complicated or unresolved customer issues when necessary.
• Incorporates marketing initiatives and programs into discussions with customers.
• Generally, 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is expected.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Familiarity with BMO credit card products is essential.
• Specialized knowledge in the field is required.
• Awareness of the competitive landscape and trends in product offerings is necessary.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills are required.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
