This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Manage a revenue quota aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives within designated accounts.
• Engage in meaningful interactions with customers at the Senior Management level, assisting in the development of relationships with C-level contacts.
• Communicate effectively with German and English-speaking clients, both verbally and in written form.
• Collaborate with clients to negotiate contract renewals, as well as cross-sells and upsells.
• Partner with clients to define business and technical goals and identify potential avenues through technical and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Maintain a regular schedule with assigned customer accounts, fostering relationships, presenting Keeper solutions, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with the broader Keeper team, and closing deals.
• Advise customers on best practices for securing and safeguarding their businesses against password-related breaches.
• Take a proactive approach in managing the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers, ensuring consistent value throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• Continuously showcase knowledge of Account Management best practices, stay informed about industry trends, and serve as both an Account Manager and Cyber Security advisor for your customers.
• Navigate account procurement processes to facilitate licensing contract negotiations.
• Address customer issues independently and through collaboration with other Keeper Security teams; approach all challenges with curiosity and innovation. Resolving customer issues may require troubleshooting and a deep understanding of our solutions and the password management sector.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication; conduct quarterly business reviews to keep clients informed about their vulnerabilities, new product features, and more.
• Become a subject matter expert on Keeper Security products for your clients; occasionally support Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as an Account Manager and Keeper expert.
• Foster customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
• Conduct data-driven reviews and analyses on customer portfolios to prioritize opportunities and risks; reliably renew and expand customer contracts, while meeting and exceeding individual and team quotas.
• Contribute to the advancement of Keeper Security’s own Account Management programs and processes; uphold excellence in our AM initiatives.
• Support the development of a cohesive team environment by maintaining high work standards.
• Actively seek opportunities to go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the support and success they need!
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software or tech sales, particularly focused on upselling and expansion.
• Strong technical expertise related to software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.), implementation, onboarding, and support.
• Must be bilingual, with native German proficiency and fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Driven by the desire to solve customer problems; proven ability to anticipate challenges before they occur.
• Experience in working with and selling to Enterprise organizations, C-level Executives, IT, and Cyber Security Executives.
• Exceptional sense of autonomy, ownership, and commitment to helping customers achieve their intended value.
• Energetic and self-motivated; a collaborative team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solver.
• Quick learner in software; proficient with business applications.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with consistent diplomacy, tact, and composure when managing customer issues and escalations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS).
• Experience in the IAM industry is a plus.
