This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accompany, support, train, and coach our clients

• Manage existing clients following the implementation of WOWIPORT

• Advise on expansion opportunities

• Enhance clients' skills in using our products

• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Management and Support Team

• Coordinate closely with the team assistant

• Configure WOWIPORT modules as part of licensing renewals

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or studies

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the housing or real estate industry

• Understanding of client needs

• Passion for IT

• Willingness to visit clients in person across Germany
