This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Management of Accounts Payable
• Input all invoices into the Syncore system and/or QuickBooks
• Organize weekly check runs in accordance with cash flow
• Management of Accounts Receivable
• Generate invoices for all clients upon completion of orders
• Conduct routine collection outreach
• Distribute past-due notifications and statements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Highly skilled in Excel
