This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You will create concise annual financial statements (income and expense accounts) or prepare balance sheets for limited liability companies (GmbHs).

• Our team will assist you in special cases!

• You will independently manage accounting for our clients using the BMD NTCS software – predominantly paperless and automated!

• Ideally, you will also support us with ongoing payroll processing.

• You will welcome our new clients and assist us with administrative tasks (e.g., creating invoices) as well as our marketing activities, such as producing advisory videos, blog posts, and social media content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the BMD NTCS accounting software, including the bank statement posting module.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as an accountant or certified accountant (m/w/d) while managing multiple clients.

• Ideally, a completed commercial education (HAK / HAS, accountant certification, bookkeeping examination…)

• A positive attitude and enjoyment in your work.

• Friendliness towards everyone (m/w/d).

• An openness to continuously simplify and optimize processes.
