This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Proactively oversee the tender process for various bids, providing value and robust support to the sales team by managing all daily bid activities.
• Navigate the tender process through its entire lifecycle and work together with the sales and operations teams to develop innovative and top-tier tender documents.
• Collaborate with sales and operations professionals, the graphic design team, and fellow bid team members to ensure timely completion with a high standard of quality.
• Deliver well-crafted proposal responses to Reviewers by the established deadlines, escalating any issues as necessary.
• Prepare proposal responses incorporating input from a diverse range of stakeholders, typically including sales, marketing, IT, culinary, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery teams.
• Contribute directly to the text of proposal documents and presentations, highlighting our unique differentiators and competitive advantages, including creative writing when needed.
• Grasp the essential tender win themes or differentiators to ensure they are integrated into the proposal.
• Create, publish, and submit tender response documents.
• A desire to advance within a dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word software.
• 2-3 years of experience in a bid management position.
• Experience in food services or facility management is advantageous.
• Exceptional creative writing abilities.
• Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• High level of speed and precision in work.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
• Capability to foster professional relationships and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Skill in managing multiple deadlines and maintaining composure under pressure.
• A primarily home-based role with quarterly in-person meetings typically held at one of our impressive client locations.
