This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide outstanding care focused on the essential elements of lifestyle change management, including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and behavioral modification, all grounded in evidence-based counseling.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising registered dietitians, licensed nurses, LCSWs, medical assistants, and gastroenterologists.
• Assist patients through both synchronous and asynchronous care, leveraging the core principles of motivational interviewing to promote behavioral change.
• Follow clinical protocols and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN), with multiple state licenses being an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RD/RDN.
• Familiarity with nutritional strategies for gastrointestinal conditions (such as IBS, IBD, SIBO) is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish-speaking) are preferred.
• Experience in communicating with patients asynchronously is desirable.
• A strong commitment to assisting clients in achieving behavior change by helping them establish health goals for effective chronic disease management.
• A demonstrated willingness to exceed standard responsibilities to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Excellent skills in interpersonal communication and problem-solving.
