Bi-lingual Collection Representative – English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

• Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and assurance.

• Negotiate payment plans that satisfy both the needs of consumers and the objectives of the company.

• Consistently achieve and surpass performance metrics, including quality, compliance, and collections.

• Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to all necessary laws and standards.

• Quickly establish trust through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.

• Capable of clear communication, both verbally and in writing, using proper grammar, telephone etiquette, and provided digital tools.

• Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and databases.

• Able to multitask effectively, communicating over the phone while managing various computer systems simultaneously.

• Skilled at overcoming objections and challenges to successfully negotiate payments.

• Dependable and accountable, arriving punctually and utilizing time efficiently.

• Demonstrates professional judgment consistently.

• Comprehends sensitive personal information (SPI) and sensitive consumer information, such as Protected Health Information (PHI), while ensuring confidentiality is maintained.

• Capable of using provided tools to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

• Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving career success.

• Willing and able to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire date, with the company covering the costs.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing in fluent conversational Spanish is an advantage!
