This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and assurance.
β’ Negotiate payment plans that satisfy both the needs of consumers and the objectives of the company.
β’ Consistently achieve and surpass performance metrics, including quality, compliance, and collections.
β’ Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to all necessary laws and standards.
β’ Quickly establish trust through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
β’ Capable of clear communication, both verbally and in writing, using proper grammar, telephone etiquette, and provided digital tools.
β’ Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and databases.
β’ Able to multitask effectively, communicating over the phone while managing various computer systems simultaneously.
β’ Skilled at overcoming objections and challenges to successfully negotiate payments.
β’ Dependable and accountable, arriving punctually and utilizing time efficiently.
β’ Demonstrates professional judgment consistently.
β’ Comprehends sensitive personal information (SPI) and sensitive consumer information, such as Protected Health Information (PHI), while ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
β’ Capable of using provided tools to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
β’ Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving career success.
β’ Willing and able to obtain Professional Collections Specialist (PCS) certification within one year of hire date, with the company covering the costs.
β’ Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing in fluent conversational Spanish is an advantage!
