This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Administer internal business applications that facilitate the management of operational workflows.

• Supervise the scheduling and coordination of tasks, jobs, and strategies within internal business applications.

• Organize and maintain client and user accounts in business applications, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Oversee and manage jobs and workflows within business applications to guarantee efficient operations and timely task completion.

• Monitor and sustain scheduled reports in Looker and Power BI.

• Design and execute strategies within business applications to enhance processes and boost efficiency.

• Manage the SFTP Portal, including the creation, updating, and maintenance of accounts for internal logins and clients.

• Handle data import and export through business applications, conducting data cleansing as necessary.

• Acquire knowledge and become adept with business applications (jobs, tasks, scripts, development).

• Provide IT with requirements and procedures for data extraction and preparation.

• Conduct quality assurance on automated reports generated by the IT department.

• Analyze various types of data to discern trends.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding the status of reporting requests.

• Verify client-requested data and coordinate dissemination with other team members.

• Meet individual productivity and quality targets.

• Alert management to any issues that may affect accuracy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in data management and inventory systems.

• Experience with data import/export processes and data cleansing techniques.

• Familiarity with SFTP protocols and account management.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and patterns in data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with operations, IT, and clients.

• Proactive and innovative problem-solving skills to identify and implement process enhancements.

• Self-driven with a strong eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
