BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop semantic layers in Looker that team members can navigate autonomously.

• Design intuitive and user-friendly dashboards utilizing Booksy data.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Booksy's KPIs and data to work independently.

• Review smaller tasks completed by other analytics engineers.

• Contribute to the establishment of Booksy's data foundations from the ground up.

• Report directly to the Analytics Engineering Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Looker and LookML.

• Proficient in SQL, preferably within BigQuery.

• Strong understanding of joins and query optimization.

• Experience in transforming raw data into clear, user-friendly dashboards.

• Capability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.

• Conversational proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of Python, particularly for scripting with Looker (beneficial).

• Familiarity with dbt (advantageous).

• Interest in AI tools and a habit of verifying their outputs (advantageous).
