BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engages with product leaders to comprehend the vision and direction of the analytics product line.

• Creates, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards and reports that align with the product vision.

• Suggests dashboards based on Tableau (or other BI tools) visualization capabilities.

• Utilizes a comprehensive range of BI platform technologies to design and implement proof-of-concept solutions and craft advanced BI visualizations.

• Conducts acceptance testing for new reports, programs, and models.

• Documents business requirements and the methodologies employed to produce work outputs.

• Promotes analytic innovation and best practices.

• Carries out additional related responsibilities as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: N/A

• Extensive (advanced level) experience with business intelligence data visualization tools, with a preference for Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and PowerBI.

• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

• Proficiency with database query tools, including the development and execution of queries.

• Experience in databases, data retrieval, and manipulation.

• Understanding of ETL processes is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft BI stack is preferred.

• Strong background in data analysis.

• Solid understanding and capability to aggregate data, analyze it, and present findings effectively.
