BI Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Address client requests for reporting related to marketing and sales initiatives, encompassing KPI, executive metrics, and CRTC-required metrics.

• Create and sustain self-service dashboards centered on telecommunications metrics (such as ARPU, churn, subscriber growth, and network utilization).

• Evaluate customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle trends, including acquisition, retention, and upsell potential.

• Convert intricate business inquiries from leadership, product, and marketing teams into clear, data-driven insights.

• Collect, ingest, and map data from diverse sources to broaden insight opportunities.

• Assist in the advancement of automation and AI technologies to improve reporting capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of SQL programming experience (Essential for data extraction and manipulation using [SAS, SQL, Oracle, Teradata]).

• 1-2 years of familiarity with Data Visualization & Storytelling tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy).

• 1-2 years of experience in Data Modeling and analysis.

• 1-2 years of proficiency in Excel (including Pivot tables, Power Query, and formulas).

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology - IT or a related discipline.
