BI Claims Team Lead, Courier Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a working leader, providing assistance to a claims manager while handling both leadership and technical claims responsibilities.

• Supervise the operations carried out by the Commercial Transportation and Delivery/Courier Claims adjusting team.

• Enhance operational efficiency, particularly by utilizing technology and analytics to improve performance and effectiveness.

• Manage both supervisory duties and personal contributions when the workload necessitates support with claims.

• Cultivate a positive workplace culture, encourage teamwork, and support professional development and growth.

• Prepare and deliver detailed claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients and customers; guide clients on claim trends and strategies for loss reduction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial transportation, specifically targeting delivery and/or courier claims.

• At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a fully remote setting.

• Active license in your home state or a designated home state.

• Willingness to acquire all necessary licenses within 45 days of employment.

• Proficient with technology and capable of evolving claims systems and processes for improved efficiency and outcomes.

• Proven dedication to quality, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Uphold integrity, ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility when managing confidential and sensitive information.
